Longevity Launch Labs, or as we like to call it Launch, is an incubator for groundbreaking products, services, and technologies designed to tackle the most pressing issues in Cellular and Longevity Medicine.

David Van Bussum
David W. Van Bussum is the co-founder and CEO of Boulder Longevity Institute, providing business, marketing, and financial guidance to the enterprise. As an entrepreneur with an extensive background in technology, marketing, and finance, Mr. Van Bussum has founded or co-founded over half a dozen companies with a significant emphasis in the healthcare and healthcare technology areas.

Courtney Van Bussum
Courtney Van Bussum is a dynamic entrepreneur and business leader with a background in Biomedical Engineering from Arizona State University. She began her career as a strategy consultant in Scottsdale, where she worked with diverse clients, from Fortune 500 companies to startups, helping streamline processes and implement innovative tools.
In 2020, Courtney joined Boulder Longevity Institute and took on a leadership role helping to improve and optimize many of BLI’s core technology and operational systems and processes. In 2022, she helped co-found Longevity Launch Labs and was instrumental in building the operational structures to deliver impact to early clients. Under her guidance, Longevity Launch Labs has become a hub for connecting companies in the cellular and longevity medicine fields with healthcare practitioners, providing services such as strategy consulting, investing, co-development, distribution, and mentorship.
Courtney is also the founder of Noca, a mobile app designed to foster real-life connections within communities. Currently in its final stages of development, Noca aims to facilitate meaningful relationships and support networks.
With a passion for connecting people and ideas, Courtney’s work bridges gaps in the healthcare and technology sectors, driving innovation and fostering community connections.
CFO
Jeffrey Scott
Jeffrey Scott is a seasoned business leader and founding partner at Metamorphic Consulting, where he provides fractional CFO, CEO, CRO, and executive leadership coaching services to early and mid-stage social enterprises. With over eight years in this role, he specializes in developing financial systems, strategic planning, and business model development.
In the healthcare sector, Jeffrey served as CFO at Stepping Stone Wellness Center for nearly 12 years, where he played a crucial role in financial management, strategic planning, and facilitating the company’s successful exit to private equity. His work significantly enhanced the center’s operational efficiency and financial health, contributing to its long-term sustainability and growth.
Jeffrey also co-founded and manages the High Country Impact Fund, supporting early-stage, high-growth companies in Western North Carolina. Additionally, he is a partner and co-founder of Startup High Country, fostering the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the region.
As the founder and principal of Frontline Conservation Real Estate, Jeffrey has facilitated the transaction of over 12,000 acres of ecologically significant land. His prior roles include executive positions at Heifer International and co-founder of the Appalachian Institute for Renewable Energy.
Jeffrey’s extensive experience in business development, leadership coaching, and strategic planning has made significant impacts across multiple industries, particularly in healthcare and social enterprises, as well as in conservation efforts.

Zach Scott
Zach Scott, a Colorado native, brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to our team as the Head of Product. He holds a BA in Economics from Rhodes College and has cultivated a diverse professional background spanning consulting, wealth management, and business development. Driven by his innate curiosity and analytical mindset, Zach thrives on dissecting challenges and transforming them into successful outcomes. He is deeply passionate about health and wellbeing, believing in the transformative power of education in nutrition and wellness to positively impact lives globally.
Outside of the office, Zach cherishes his time outdoors, staying active and enjoying the natural beauty of Colorado. An avid sun-seeker, he finds solace and inspiration in the great outdoors. Additionally, Zach has discovered a love for culinary arts; he delights in preparing delicious meals for his loved ones, blending creativity and a passion for good food.
