Brief:
Launch served as the exclusive US distribution partner for a novel longevity supplement founded in Eastern Europe. Previously only available in select EU countries, Launch has helped put this unique product on the map in the United States and a few Asian-Pacific countries.

Brief:
Working with Launch’s scientific advisory team, a New Zealand health coach created a custom formulated supplement focused on immunity. The product utilized local New Zealand ingredients and was launched into both the New Zealand and US markets with support from Launch’s distribution services.

Brief:
Launch partnered with a US-based company selling novel biosynthetic ketones (that actually taste good) to introduce their formulation to the healthcare market. Despite gaining rapid adoption in the consumer and athlete space, the company knew they could impact many more lives if their product made its way to clinical practice. Working with Launch, we were able to bring a professional grade ketone product to clinicians.

Do you take equity?
We work within multiple different compensation structures, depending on the nature of the project. For co-formulation or co-development projects, we will discuss equity, licensing, or royalty arrangements in line with our contribution. Consulting projects will be priced based on hourly rate or agreed-upon project price based on scope. Distribution agreements follow a traditional wholesaler model.
Do you offer clinical testing?
If needed, we can work with our clinical partners to conduct small scale studies with the clinic population. Please keep in mind, these are not in partnership with larger, research universities and are typically not intended for journal publishing. Clinical studies can serve as internal validation of product efficacy and be used for internal marketing.
How much do your services cost?
We know that every business is unique and every startup has different needs. Launch is familiar with a variety of different models when it comes to compensation and payment structure. Our consulting hourly rates vary depending on the level of guidance needed, ranging from a a few hundred dollars per hour to over a thousand for medical expertise.
You mention cash-pay businesses a lot. What if I am working within an insurance structure?
Though we are open to all kinds of businesses, our expertise is in the cash-pay space. We do not have the same level of insight as to the complex economics of an insurance-reliant structure.
